At MeetPrinting, we ship custom promotional products to customers worldwide. Most orders are shipped from our warehouse in Zhejiang, China. Below you will find details about our shipping coverage, processing time, delivery options, duties and taxes, and shipping responsibility.

Shipping Coverage

We offer international shipping to more than 200 countries and regions.
Most orders are shipped using economy international shipping by default. Your order will be dispatched from our warehouse in Zhejiang, China after the products are ready.

Processing Time

For in-stock products, orders are usually shipped within 2–3 business days.
For custom orders, production usually takes 10–15 business days after artwork approval and order confirmation. Production time may vary depending on product type, order quantity, customization method, and artwork requirements.

Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery time depends on the shipping method, destination country, customs clearance, and carrier service.
Sea freight or railway shipping usually takes around 30–55 business days.
Air shipping usually takes around 8–15 business days.
Please note that delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by customs inspection, holidays, weather, carrier delays, or other factors outside our control.

Shipping Fees

MeetPrinting offers free economy international shipping by default for eligible orders.
If you need faster shipping, air shipping, express delivery, or special freight arrangements, please contact us before placing your order. Additional shipping fees may apply depending on the destination, order weight, volume, and shipping method.

Duties, Taxes, and Customs Fees

Product prices and shipping fees do not include VAT, customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other customs-related charges.
These fees may be collected by the carrier, customs office, or local authorities upon delivery. All duties, taxes, customs fees, and import-related charges are the responsibility of the buyer.
MeetPrinting is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance or unpaid import fees.

Shipping Responsibility

Shipping and delivery services are handled by third-party courier companies, freight forwarders, and logistics providers.
We will do our best to reduce delays and help track your shipment, but MeetPrinting is not responsible for indirect losses caused by shipping delays.
If your package is damaged during transportation, please contact us as soon as possible with photos or videos of the damaged product, packaging, and shipping label. We will assist you in communicating with the courier or freight company and help with the investigation and claim process when possible.
